Chief Howell 7601, Executive Director
Devin Howell is the Executive Director/Chief of Harpur's Ferry. He is an Advanced Emergency Medical Technician - Critical Care. Devin is currently a Junior at Binghamton University and is majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Locally, he volunteers at Vestal Emergency Squad and Chenango Ambulance and is employed by Superior Ambulance Service and UHS. In his time at home, he serves as an Interior Firefighter/EMT at Montgomery Fire Department. In addition to EMS, Devin likes to snowboard, play lacrosse, and listen to music.

Jon McMahon is the 2nd Assistant Chief and Operations Director of Harpur's Ferry Ambulance. Jon is a senior Integrative Neuroscience major, minoring in Evolutionary Studies. Jon began in EMS with Harpur's Ferry in 2010. Since then, he has completed the Advanced EMT-Critical Care course. He also volunteers with Vestal Emergency Squad and North Babylon Fire Company. Outside of Harpur's Ferry, Jon works as a Resident Assistant in Roosevelt Hall and is a founding father of Pi Kappa Alpha (Pike). After graduation, Jon aspires to attend medical school and become a physician.
